The recent development of the technology has allowed for us to live in a way that never have been possible before. Access to huge amounts of information on the internet to the just experienced an enriched personal life style, is pushing the limit of our standard of living technology every day. It is undoubtedly true that technology is an important part of our daily lives.
As the internet was made public, the first is changed and improved in many ways. It is foolish to underestimate the change easy and widespread access to the Internet has made to our way of life. The web is now so often that it has become a part of our daily lives, change the method of how we share and finding information, stay in touch, real time online services, and even helping people with disabilities.
Surfing on the Internet is a global phenomenon. It has been extended its reach and influence in one way or the other to all parts of the world. It can serve as someone's public commenting on what takes their interest on any given day. For example, an employer looking for new employees just need to add the entries on their business website wanted to start receiving applications from qualified candidates. The other hand, employees who are looking for jobs, search job postings and if they are interested in, they found work sent e-mail or fax their CV. potential employees can also obtain information about the company to help determine if this is the right choice for them.
Another example of the technology improve our life would be email. We used to write letters to stay in touch with who live far away. It was also not uncommon for people to send pictures to others as part of the life experiences share. This process would have included the photos-wait anywhere from one hour to days to develop the prints. We would then hand over the money, go home, put everything in the envelope, stick a stamp on it and post it. Nowadays, we grab our digital camera, take as many pictures as we want, upload them directly to our PCs, attach a copy to an e-mail message and send into the receiver. No more delivery costs, no stamps, no more waiting for days to share our experiences.
People with certain disabilities can also benefit from technological progress. People with disabilities can get questions via Internet, telephone or fax. They can themselves equipped with machines that can help them move, communicate, work or relax. Medical support is a lot easier with patient monitoring equipment. Future technological discoveries will further increase the standard of living of people with disabilities.
A whole new revolution in technology has sprung up dedicated to those new ways to improve productivity, in the process changing how we communicate and allowing us to ever more fit into our life getting busier. I wonder what the future holds for us and the Internet, and if the services such as Google Earth are anything to go by, the future is going to be pretty amazing stuff.
I love video games, I love my computer, and I love my flat screen, but I sometimes wonder if technology social anxiety worse. Has the convenience that technology has given us also prevented our overcoming social anxiety as a whole? Posted technology social anxiety even harder to overcome by placing a virtual barrier between human interaction and physical contact?
We can research and make friends with people online, but there is a lack of human interaction. The advantage of online is that you can find a Community to help you with any problem you have, but the disadvantage is the lack of action. We begin with the internet as our social outlet.
There is a huge lack of "real" interaction. We can sit at home and entertain ourselves with the hundreds of channels we have. We can live our Deputy until the character that we play on video games, hell we can even pay our invoices online so we don't have to communicate with another human being.
I love the benefits given to us because of technology, don't get me wrong. I think it's great that I can do everything that I mentioned above. I love the fact that I can save time and money by sitting at home. I think technology can help and hurt at the same time.
Contrary to popular speculation is the use of cosmetics not a modern phenomenon. While we cannot state for a fact when our human obsession with beauty started that the fact remains that it has been around for a very long time. That said; the first archaeological evidence of cosmetic use was actually way back around 3500 BC in Egypt. This proves that the cosmetics have been around for thousands of years. It is said that the ancient Egyptian women actually Kohl used to darken their eyelids.
